          Biomedical Engineering  at   KMITL, Thailand (BMEKMITL)   is   a  group of people working    in    the     field  of  biomedical   engineering at King    Mongkut   Institute   of Technology  Ladkrabang.  Over  the last    two  decades,  KMITL   had    started     the  research  in   Biomedical  Engineering   by  designing   and constructing medical devices including   ECG  Monitor, EEG , EMG,  portable EEG, etc. The  ECG  monitor  designed by BMEKMITL is the first medical device that has ever used in clinical. Over the last decade, a number  of  Biomedical  Engineers  have  graduated and joined the group. The current research  activity   then   covers   a number  of  fields  which  include Biomedical Signal Processing,     Biomedical    Image     Processing,  Biomedical    Instrumentation,  and Biomedical   Simulation,   ultrasonic    in  medicine  and  so  on. In 2004, BMEKMITL had launched the master degree in    Biomedical  Engineering.   BMEKMITL also      offers  Ph.D.   Program   for Biomedical Engineer. The program is under Electrical Engineering.
